David Seel is the lead business partner at Seel Brothers Landscaping, a company he founded at just 18 years old with the support of his father and older brother, who made up the very first Seel Brothers crew. His deep expertise in the field is grounded in his education in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture from Temple University.

The family legacy continues with David’s youngest daughter, Ashley Seel, who has shown a strong passion for the business. After graduating high school, Ashley joined the crews and worked across various teams each year, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the company’s operations. David’s oldest daughter, Alison Seel O’Neil, is also actively involved in learning the management side of the business.

Dave Forker, David Seel’s best friend since kindergarten, joined the team over 20 years ago. Dave oversees all aspects of the business beyond hardscaping with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from West Chester University. Dave brings strategic insight and a wealth of knowledge to the organization. Together, he and David emphasize professional development, working closely with their foremen and attending annual seminars to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
